As a friendly reminder, our normal processing time is 5-7 business days to process the order as all of our items are handmade. This allows for us to deliver a high quality product you will surely love. Then after the order is fulfilled, the shipping election made at the time of checkout begins. You will receive another email with tracking information for your order at that time. 

You ship it to us and we will ship it back to you. Simple.

Once an order has been completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Mugs, masks, and hats are non-returnable/non-exchangeable. However, if a clothing item does not work out for you, we are always happy to offer store credit that will go toward your next order once your item has been returned.
